Missed Sessions Policy

Playfolk Arts & Play Studio operates on a fixed weekly schedule to support consistency and routine for the Little Ones. As sessions are reserved immediately upon booking through the app, each child’s space is secured for the duration of the enrolled program.

If a child is unable to attend a scheduled session:

• A make-up visit may be accommodated only if space allows within another available gathering during the same enrollment cycle.

• Make-up sessions are not guaranteed due to limited group sizes.

• Missed sessions cannot be carried over beyond the active program period.

• Sessions are non-refundable once booked through the app.
